The team started with building a modern and merchandise-friendly design with a new look and features. The refreshed design allowed customers to shop by brand name. The team also integrated shipper HQ to support complex warehousing and shipping rates. The Magento-based B2B module was complemented with a warehouse locator to further enhance the experience.

In addition, the store saw and increase in sales, a hike of 20% in their revenue and an 18% increase in their average order value following interface and experience enhancement.
