After a thorough understanding of the needs and acknowledging the state of their current commerce portal, the solution in sight was to migrate the businesses to a more robust and feature-rich eCommerce platform. The team prioritized enhancing and overhauling the entire UI/UX with the ability for HT paint to utilize a variety of promotions. Keeping their target audience and responsiveness in mind, a multistore frontend was set up to bring the components under the same platform and different sub-domains. In addition to several backend system integrations, the team ensured zero data loss during its migration from BigCommerce to Magento.
