Client Success Manager

  • Responsible for client accounts in the territory and managing them.
  • Making sure of client success in terms of business and longevity.
  • Proactively recommend corrections or next steps for each client account.
  • Make sure client account value (LTV) increases Y-o-Y, suggesting up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to the right departments and assist in converting them.
  • Manage client expectations and escalations with the help of the delivery team.
  • Assist in selling digital marketing services to current clients, work closely with digital marketing head and country head to pitch right digital marketing services, and assist in sales booking.
  • Take care of client success for digital marketing services and provide insights to the digital marketing team for the next moves.
  • Be accountable for timely revenue generation from the assigned accounts.
  • Making sure resources are utilized properly with the help of support and marketing team leaders.
  • Contribute to country revenue targets effectively.
  • Work as a team with onsite/offsite resources.
  • Present company in the events, and be the brand ambassador of the company.
  • Assist in making/review of branding material of the company.
  • Effectively use the time to create the best possible impact.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s or Any Master’s Degree
