Manager – Client Accounts

Manager – Client Accounts is a key person from the point of view of client satisfaction, revenue collection, project management system running, and health check of the production workflow.

Key Result Areas:

  • Managing relations with clients and creating a positive brand image of the company
  • Ensure project deliveries to clients as per scope in association with Project Leader
  • Be accountable for collecting revenues in association with Project Leaders
  • Timely Billing & Renewal of contracts with clients for varied customer-engagement-models
  • Taking regular feedback of project execution with clients and managing risk factors
  • Administration of PMS and Reporting to Management
  • Managing relations with clients and creating a positive brand image of the company
  • Creating Eco-system and doing strategic alliances

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managing CR & Additional scope with help of PM/TL
  • Managing Documents of projects/work in a common repository
  • Grievance handling and adjusting resources leave in case of dedicated resources

Expected Reports:

  • Revenue Report (collected / expected)
  • Project Delays / Issues
  • Tracking & reporting of Project Status

Qualifications:

  • BCA / MBA
