Technical Project Manager
The project manager actively supervises and assists various development and implementation planners of e-commerce projects/programs and ensure seamless service delivery with the highest satisfaction scores from clientele.
The project manager engages a differential approach to each work assignment as part of a structured project execution process that is appropriate to the needs and nature of the business and works together with the development team at a leadership role to the meet-up end goal of the engagement tenure within the defined schedule and resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a team environment that is communicative, innovative, collaborative and empowering.
- Guide and educate the development team on the pros and cons of various methodologies and practices in day-to-day execution flow based on a wide breadth of knowledge and exposure.
- Be responsible for undertaking execution plans, work-routing and prioritizing to ensure consistent utilization of resources and optimal level of productivity.
- Liaises between external stakeholders and development team throughout the project lifecycle to maintain synergy amongst project scope, completion timeline, success criteria and all other constraints impacting the delivery process.
- Proactively assist the development team in the implementation of varied functionality and ensure compliance with the same.
- Forecast and handle the changes during the course of the project and determine definite workaround which is tailored to the circumstances to mitigate risk.
- Influence leadership within the subordinate team to create and maintain the optimal level of customer services and the consistent communication towards external stakeholders.
- Identify where the agency needs to grow and develop based on industry trends and future prospective.
- Monitor and oversee the implementation of tactical plans in day-to-day service operations and activities.
- Identify any training and knowledge needs for colleagues.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Drive projects/programs channelizing, execution planning, time schedules and provide team members with a clear direction across from commencement to delivery stage.
- Engage appropriate project management processes for all major work planners and administrate the PMS system.
- Maintain analytical insight for ongoing projects/programs and assist the development team in achieving anticipated delivery and the highest satisfaction ratings from clientele.
- Endorse quality measures and reliability standards of all major service operations.
- Remains adhere to best-practice approaches and methodologies.
- Document appropriate status reports and maintain MIS dashboards.
- Ensure effective revenue flow and progressive momentum in ongoing work routines.
Organizational Alignment:
- Collaborative with the pre-sales team to make solution recommendations with practical insights to ensure the finest planning and precise implementation.
- Enlists the support of account manager, sales manager, human resources manager and other administrative resources as needed.
